Celebrations at The Station.

The Station @ Kapunda offers a unique venue for your next celebration whether it be a milestone birthday, a family reunion or a corporate function…  any excuse will do!  

The Station can cater for sit down functions for up to 60 guests, or for up to 100 guests cocktail style.

All celebration packages are inclusive of two nights accommodation for up to 10 guests.

CELEBRATIONS @ THE STATION

Up to 30 guests cocktail $5,500

seated $5,900

Up to 60 guests cocktail $6,500

seated $7,200

Up to 100 guests (cocktail only) $7,500

INCLUSIONS:

  • 2 nights accomodation for up to 10 guests

  • On site venue manager for the duration of the celebration

  • Supplier liaison prior, during and after the event as required

  • Venue preparation and pack down - as is reasonable during the event and/or agreed timing the following day

  • Table set to agreed styling with existing cutlery/crockery for up to 3 courses 

  • Adequate hand towels, soap, etc for the number of guests

  • Rubbish removal, reasonable breakages, minor repairs, wear & tear

EXCLUSIONS:

Catering and beverages are additional to the above venue fees.  

We can connect you with one of our preferred chefs for an outstanding meal from locally sourced produce… or we can work with you to arrange something a little different such as a food truck serving wood fired pizza… or you can arrange your own caterer. 

The Station is a licensed venue and we offer a variety of options for beverages at your celebration.

Other exclusions:

  • Flowers and other bespoke styling items

  • Event signage

  • Additional heating, cooling or shelter if required

  • Excessive breakages and/or damage to property

If you would like assistance with any aspects of your event… from planning, to booking, to managing suppliers… we are able to provide a concierge service to meet all of your needs.  A service fee of 10% will be added to all bookings managed through the concierge.
